EasyTouch II Adds Enhanced Functionality and Sleek, Sophisticated Design to the Vantage Keypad Collection

An Aesthetic Evolution in Lighting Control Style Designed to Match Aspirations of Luxury Homeowners

OREM, UT, June 9, 2010 – Vantage, the leader in home automation solutions for luxury homes announced today the release of EasyTouch II, an addition to the Vantage Keypad Collection. Available in three- or five-button configurations, the EasyTouch II button design provides an enhanced level of style, sophistication, and functionality for whole-home automation.

EasyTouch II features full-range RGB button backlighting with ambient light sensors that automatically adjust brightness based on room lighting intensity day or night. The button also has a built-in IR receiver for remote control. To further enhance the quality, buttons sit on a silicon gasket eliminating excessive horizontal and vertical movement, while preventing light bleed across buttons. Each button can be custom laser engraved.

“Luxury homeowners expect whole home automation to reflect their discerning tastes and expectations.  The addition of the EasyTouch II button design to the Keypad Collection elevates the overall style and personalization options available,” said Andrew Wale, Vantage vice president of marketing. “From the unique two-step painting process to the clean and consistent tactile experience of the button, we have created an elegant user interface that is easy to use and complements the look of any home.”
